Refund & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you ordered — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
🔄 Prefer a different size, style, or color?
No problem! Our return portal makes it easy to exchange your item — simply select a replacement product during the return process.
🎁 Not ready to choose something new?
You can opt for a store credit in the value of your returned item — valid for anything in our shop for 12 months from the date of issuance.

- We do not offer refunds to your original payment method
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any duty fees incurred. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
